Job Description:

As the Head of Product Deployment, you will be responsible for building and leading the team to ensure success in product deployment, customer engagement, and marketing-driven business growth. 

1. Marketing 

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product deployment, including market research, go-to-market planning, and branding initiatives. 

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Production teams to craft effective product positioning and marketing campaigns. 

Lead marketing activities to support product launches, customer acquisition, and market expansion. 

2. Market Research & Product Positioning 

Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation. 

Gather customer feedback and propose product improvements to enhance competitiveness. 

Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) to define product requirements. 

3. Sales & Customer Consulting 

Lead the Sales team in identifying potential customers, developing sales channels, and increasing revenue. 

Build strong customer relationships and manage the customer journey (lead generation → negotiation → contract signing → after-sales support). 

Develop sales strategies and optimize pricing models. 

4. Product Development 

Coordinate with Product Production Managers to streamline production and ensure smooth operations. 

Monitor product development progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, cost efficiency, and market demands.  

5. Data Analysis & Business Performance Optimization 

Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance. 

Work with Data Analysts to analyze customer behavior, forecast market trends, and enhance business strategies. 

Implement initiatives to improve conversion rates and optimize costs. 

Job Requirements 

Must-have: 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Robotics, or related fields. 

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product development. 

Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management. 

Strong understanding of technology product development and ability to collaborate with technical teams. 

Data analysis skills with the ability to make decisions based on real-world data. 

Proficient in English, capable of working with international partners. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in robotics, AI, or technology hardware industries. 

Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments. 

Familiarity with B2B, B2C, or government sales processes
