HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Description

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary calculation.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and working hours; prepare monthly timesheets.

  • Handle social insurance, health insurance, and PVI health coverage procedures.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.

  • Support HR reporting and compliance with labor laws.

  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience in C&B or HR operations.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll, insurance, and labor regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR software.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills.
