Job Objective

Ensure efficient execution of humanoid robot production and assembly activities in compliance with design specifications and project timelines; assess manufacturability and identify design issues that may impact machining and assembly early in the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical, electrical, and assembly drawings to ensure manufacturability and assembly feasibility (DFM/DFA).

• Detect and provide early feedback to the design team on errors or risks affecting production, assembly, or product quality.

• Plan, execute, and supervise prototype robot production and assembly activities according to project schedules.

• Monitor productivity, progress, and costs; analyze and propose measures to optimize processes, equipment, and materials.

• Manage materials and BOM; coordinate with procurement and external suppliers/vendors.

• Collaborate with QA/QC and process engineers to resolve issues during production.

• Participate in developing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes for mass production transition.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, assembly, or process development for electromechanical/robotic products.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D/3D technical drawings; strong understanding of tolerances, precision, and assembly requirements.

• Solid knowledge of DFM/DFA, machining processes, and mechanical-electrical assembly technologies.

• Skilled in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or equivalent).

• Strong organizational, project management, technical coordination, and supplier evaluation skills.

• Preferred: Experience in prototype production or automated equipment manufacturing.
