Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients, industries, and use cases for robotics solutions.
Monitor government regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements affecting robotics.
Collaborate with robotics engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.
Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements for development teams.
Develop user stories, use case diagrams, and process flowcharts to guide implementation.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for robotic systems.
Analyze robotic system data, sensor logs, and operational efficiency metrics to identify improvement areas.
Use data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) to generate business insights.
Assess the cost-benefit and return on investment (ROI) of robotic solutions.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing robotic workflows and recommend optimizations.
Requirements:
✅ Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical skills in both business and technical contexts.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis.
Understanding of robotics technologies or AI trends.
Knowledge of process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (user stories, flowcharts, etc.).
Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience identifying KPIs and conducting ROI evaluations.
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and adapt to changing requirements.

Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
Experience analyzing robotic system data, sensor logs, and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance frameworks related to robotics.
Background in real-time computing, embedded systems, or control systems.

Understanding of workflow optimization and identifying bottlenecks in robotic operations.
