Job Description
1. Learning & Development (L&D)
Organize training programs, onboarding sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
Monitor training plans, needs, and effectiveness.
Manage training data, materials, and support training communications.
Participate in implementing initiatives to develop competencies and foster a learning culture.
2. Culture Development
Organize engagement activities: birthdays, holidays, team-building events, etc.
Manage internal communication channels.
Conduct engagement surveys and promote corporate culture.
3. HR Operations (Preferred but not mandatory)
Track attendance, leave, and working hours; compile monthly timesheets.
Handle social insurance, health insurance, and PVI health coverage procedures.
Draft labor contracts, update and maintain personnel records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Training (mandatory). Experience in culture development is a plus.
Proficient in PowerPoint and instructional design.
Good command of English.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive and dedicated to work.
