Training and Culture Development Specialist

Job Description

1. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Organize training programs, onboarding sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing activities.

  • Monitor training plans, needs, and effectiveness.

  • Manage training data, materials, and support training communications.

  • Participate in implementing initiatives to develop competencies and foster a learning culture.

2. Culture Development

  • Organize engagement activities: birthdays, holidays, team-building events, etc.

  • Manage internal communication channels.

  • Conduct engagement surveys and promote corporate culture.

3. HR Operations (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Track attendance, leave, and working hours; compile monthly timesheets.

  • Handle social insurance, health insurance, and PVI health coverage procedures.

  • Draft labor contracts, update and maintain personnel records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Training (mandatory). Experience in culture development is a plus.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and instructional design.

  • Good command of English.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proactive and dedicated to work.
