VinMotion is a pioneering company in robotic innovation, developing advanced humanoid robots for a wide range of applications. We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technology Engineer specialized in Quality to identify quality risks early and establish robust quality controls before and post mass production for next-generation humanoid robotics systems.

 General Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain manufacturing quality standards, procedures, and quality control requirements.

·       Establish quality KPIs and monitoring systems for manufacturing partners.

·       Maintain quality reports, issue trackers, and lessons learned databases.

·       Prepare quality readiness reports for management reviews

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, and QA/QC on engineering changes and process improvements.

·       Clearly define roles and responsibilities of stakeholders within cross-functional teams (CFT) and consolidate them into a RASIC framework.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Audit and assess manufacturing partner quality systems and processes.

·       Monitor factory quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

·       Lead manufacturing quality reviews with contract manufacturers.

·       Lead root cause investigations for production quality issues.

·       Drive 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, and CAPA activities.

·       Ensure effective implementation and verification of corrective actions.

·       Support creation of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Quality Gates, Define Critical-to-Quality requirements.

·       Participate in EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp-up activities

·       Review quality readiness before mass production release.

·       Support process qualification and validation activities.

Requirements: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

·       Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Quality management.

·       Experience in electronics, robotics, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing preferred.

·       Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, CAPA, and audit methodologies.

·       Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with JIRA is a plus.

·       Familiarity with the V-Model or product development lifecycle frameworks, PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality tools.

·       Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications: 

·       Experience with humanoid robots, exoskeleton systems, or electric vehicles related to motor control systems.

·       Understanding of IEC/ISO safety standards applicable to motor-driven systems.

·       Certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO, VDA, or equivalent are a plus.
