VinMotion is a pioneering company in robotic innovation, developing advanced humanoid robots for a wide range of applications. We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technology Engineer specialized in Reliability & Validation ensure VinMotion humanoid robots meet performance, durability, safety, and lifecycle requirements before and post mass production.

 General Responsibilities:

·       Develop validation plans for mechanical, electrical, software, and integrated robot systems.

·       Define test methods, acceptance criteria, and validation procedures.

·       Execute or oversee functional and system-level testing.

·       Develop reliability qualification plans

·       Conduct durability, lifecycle, environmental, and stress testing.

·       Analyze reliability risks and recommend design improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Investigate failures discovered during testing and validation.

·       Coordinate root cause analysis with R&D teams.

·       Verify corrective actions and design improvements.

·       Support DVT, PVT, and production readiness activities.

·       Validate manufacturing processes and test coverage.

·       Ensure production test systems adequately verify product quality.

·       Analyze reliability and validation test data.

·       Generate reliability reports and recommendations

·       Support management reviews with technical findings.

Requirements: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

·       Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product validation, testing, reliability engineering, or quality engineering.

·       Experience in electronics, robotics, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing preferred.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with JIRA is a plus.

·       Familiarity with the V-Model or product development lifecycle frameworks, PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality tools.

·       Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications: 

·       Experience with humanoid robots, exoskeleton systems, or electric vehicles related to motor control systems.

·       Understanding of IEC/ISO safety standards applicable to motor-driven systems.

·       Certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO, VDA, or equivalent are a plus.
