Director of Back Office  

Location: Gia Lâm, Hà Nội 

Department: HR 

Working hour: 8h - 17h00, Monday to Friday & 2 Saturdays/month 

Role Overview 

The Director of Support Division is responsible for overseeing and driving strategic operations across three key departments: HR & Administration, Finance & Accounting, and Legal & Compliance. This role ensures seamless global support for VinMotion’s business activities in Vietnam and the US, aligning policies, processes, and resources to enable organizational growth and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute overall strategy for the Support Division; lead and mentor department heads. 

• HR & Administration: Oversee multi-market administrative operations; manage global HR policies; drive cultural development and engagement. 

• Finance & Accounting: Direct financial planning and control; manage cash flow and liquidity; ensure accurate reporting; implement risk management. 

• Legal & Compliance: Provide legal advisory; establish compliance frameworks; monitor legal risks. 

• Governance & Process Optimization: Build and enforce global policies and standardized processes. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related fields. 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate support functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 

• Strong knowledge of multi-market operations, HR management, financial management, and legal compliance. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. 

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese. 

• Experience in foreign investment projects is a strong advantage.
