Job Title: Training & Culture Development Specialist

Location: VinMotion

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement internal training plans for employees across the company

• Set up and operate offline training programs, online training, and e-learning platforms

• Partner with departments to identify training needs for different employee groups

• Track training effectiveness, manage training data, and propose improvement actions

• Coordinate with Vingroup training teams to implement mandatory programs, capability development programs, and specialized training courses

• Manage training schedules, learner lists, training materials, and related reports

• Design and organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees

• Organize internal events, employee engagement activities, and company culture programs

• Support internal communication campaigns to strengthen VinMotion culture and values

• Contribute to building a positive working environment and improving employee experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

• At least 2 years of experience in training, organizational development, internal communications, or culture development

• Experience in offline training, e-learning, LMS, or digital learning platforms is preferred

• Strong project coordination and event organization skills

• Creative, proactive, and able to engage and inspire employees

• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other training management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology companies, startups, or fast-growing environments is a plus

• Familiarity with design tools, internal communication tools, or AI tools is preferred

• Experience working with corporate-level training programs or multi-business-unit organizations is an advantage
