Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role

• Experience in tech or engineering hiring, preferably in fast-growing companies

• Strong business understanding and stakeholder management

• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics tools

• Hands-on approach with strong sourcing capability
